Northeast Indiana Birding Sites

The lakes region of Indiana holds many great preserves, state parks, and nature preserves.  The “up north” feel of the region also correlates with many more northern forest birds in both the summer but also migration.  Lakes and wetlands abound in the Northeast part of the state, making it a great area to seek out waterbirds such as ducks, cranes, and rails.
